2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Website and the online sale of products offered through it. By browsing the Website and/or purchasing a product, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
3. Products and Availability
The Website sells wood and wood-based materials, including stabilized wood and related items.
Each product is described in detail on its respective page. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product due to natural variations in the material.
All products are subject to availability.
If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be promptly informed and refunded.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any additional fees are displayed during checkout prior to payment.
Accepted payment methods include:
Credit or debit cards
PayPal
Bank transfer
Other payment systems available on the Website
Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received.
5. Order Procedure
The Customer selects desired products and adds them to the cart.
After reviewing the order summary, the Customer proceeds to checkout.
The Customer provides accurate billing and shipping information.
The Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The order is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Michele Brunazzo.
The sales contract between Michele Brunazzo and the Customer is considered concluded when the confirmation email is sent.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Via Viverone 2, 13900 Biella (BI), Italy.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Customer.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout but may vary depending on courier availability and destination.
Michele Brunazzo is not responsible for delays due to courier issues or force majeure events (e.g. strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters).
Ownership and risk transfer to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the designated address.
7. Right of Withdrawal/Return Policy (Consumers Only)
Pursuant to Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Michele Brunazzo via email at info@stabilizedwood.eu, clearly indicating the intention to withdraw and the order number.
Returned products must be sent to:

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are entirely responsible for the return costs. Lost packages will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or clearly personalized products;
Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned without deterioration or hygiene concerns.
8. Warranty and Product Compliance
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code.
If a product is found to be defective or non-conforming, the Customer must notify Michele Brunazzo within 2 months of discovering the defect by email, providing proof of purchase and photographic evidence.
Depending on the case, the Customer may request:
Repair or replacement of the product;
A price reduction;
A full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
9. User Accounts
Customers may create an account on the Website to facilitate orders and track purchases.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all actions carried out using their account.
Michele Brunazzo reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including texts, product images, logos, designs, and layout—is the exclusive property of Michele Brunazzo and/or its partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or use without written authorization is prohibited.

Consumers may refer to the court of their place of residence or domicile.
Business customers (B2B) agree that the Court of Biella (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Michele Brunazzo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Website and will apply to subsequent orders.
